This is our #morningbasket for this week! (Or however long it takes us to get through everything!) 😆
Sometimes items get traded out as we finish them, while others stay in for several weeks.
I love having a morning basket. It helps to create routine in our mornings. Let's be honest, we don't get this accomplished every morning, things come up...it's life. But I also realize how important our morning time is together and strive to do it as much as possible!
My oldest son's love language is quality time. When he knows that there's specific times throughout the day where mommy is going to spend some one-on-one time, it helps him play better and he feels more settled.
Here's a list of our items for this week:
Bible:
• Our favorite Bible story book: Tell Me the Stories of Jesus by Caleb Crider
Read Alouds:
• The Children's Book of Virtues by William J Bennett
• Owl Diaries by Rebecca Elliot - updated to add that I do not recommend this series.
