Hey, friend! Welcome to my homeschool page.

While I was homeschooled through all my school years, I am a new homeschool mama! I feel like I am slowly finding my way and figuring out what works well for our family.

 

One thing I am aware of is that there are so many ways to "do" homeschooling.

There are so many curricula to choose from, and so many cute school rooms filled with amazing toys and decorations.

It's easy to compare ourselves to what other people are accomplishing with their kids. For me, I know that I'm not a super artsy or crafty person. I can do those things, but it is not something that comes naturally to me. It can be hard to not focus on the things that I am not good at and lose sight of the things that I am good at.

 

All this to say, I don't want this to be a place where you feel like you have to be or buy or do the things I share. These are just ideas and thoughts from a mom that is learning and growing along with her kids.
